Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang looks “likely” to
leave Borussia Dortmund to join Chelsea, according to
pundit Jan Aage Fjortoft.
The Blues are chasing a striker to replace Diego Costa
after missing out on Romelu Lukaku.
Aubameyang, 28, is on their transfer wish-list and
former Premier League striker Fjortoft thinks a move
could happen.
That’s providing Chelsea come up with a huge offer for
the Gabon hitman, who is regarded as one of the best
strikers in world football.
Fjortoft tweeted: “Got the feeling that Aubameyang
will leave Dortmund if the offer is right (high). PSG and
Chelsea look likely. But must happen soon.”
Asked if he’d do well at Chelsea, Fjortoft replied: ”You
never know. Aubameyang scores goals for fun. And
will enough chances playing for the reigning
champion. Jose Mourinho has reportedly given his blessing
to a loan move for Anthony Martial.
Turkish newspaper Milliyet claim the Portuguese boss
will allow Martial to go on loan as long as he is
guaranteed regular playing time.
And Besiktas are keen to take advantage of the
situation by making a move for the forward.
The report claims the Turkish giants will send club
officials to England for talks with United over a
potential transfer.
Anthony Martial could be shipped out on loan
Arsenal could complete three transfer deals this
week, according to Sky Sports presenter Jim White.
White was appearing on talkSPORT this morning when
he made the bold claim that three sales could happen
in the coming days.
The first would see Calum Chambers make a move to
Crystal Palace to link up with their new boss Frank de
Boer.
White believes Kieran Gibbs, who has a year left on his
contract, could join West Brom.
White, famous for wearing a yellow tie on Sky Sports’
deadline day coverage, also thinks Wojciech Szczesny
could be on the move to Juventus.

Vitesse Arnhem’s signing of Chelsea youngster
Mukhtar Ali will prove a success, according to the
club’s chief Joost de Wit.
Dutch newspaper De Gelderlander reports Ali has
agreed a three-year deal with the Eredivisie outfit after
a productive six-month loan spell last season.

"Our technical men have seen him often and are

Manchester United are reportedly considering
making a huge £60million offer for Tottenham's Eric
Dier.
Jose Mourinho has already made two signings this

And Mourinho is keen to bring Tottenham star Dier to
Old Trafford.
The Mirror claim United are preparing to test the
waters again with an improved £60m offer to tempt
the London club into selling.
Juventus are set to launch their opening bid for
Liverpool midfielder Emre Can.
According to Italian newspaper Tuttosport, the
Champions League finalists are prepared to offer
£21million plus performance-related add-ons.
Can, 23, has entered the final 12 months of his Anfield
contract and is yet to sign an extension with the
Merseyside club.
The Italian champions are under pressure to making
signings having lost Leonardo Bonucci to AC Milan last
week, and believe they can lure Can to Turin. Some breaking news on Manchester United's
pursuit of Ivan Perisic.
The Sun claim the Red Devils have agreed a £40m fee
with Inter Milan for the Croatia star.
Perisic will now supposedly fly out to America, where
United are on their pre-season tour.
He is then set to become their third summer signing
after Victor Lindelof and Romelu Lukaku.
Robert Pires has called on Olivier Giroud to stay
and fight for his place at Arsenal
The French striker has been strongly linked with a
move away from the Gunners with Everton and West
Ham said to be chasing his signature.
But Pires is hoping the striker is ready to challenge for
a starting spot in Arsene Wenger's side.
"It will be very difficult for Olivier Giroud but I think
he’s a big professional,” Pires told talkSPORT.
“Competition is very important for strikers so I hope
Giroud will stay at Arsenal because he’s really
important and he scores a lot of goals during the
season, but I don’t know what will happen at the end
of the market.
“It’s not easy for Olivier because in one year he will
want to play in the World Cup with France, but he is a
big professional for Arsenal and it’s better if he stays.”
Arsene Wenger is set to launch another effort
to keep Alexis Sanchez at Arsenal - by offering him a
£275,000-a-week deal.
Sanchez wants to quit the Emirates and spoke of his
desire to play Champions League football while on
holiday in Chile this weekend.
He has made it clear he sees his future away from
Arsenal and with one year left on his contract can
force a move this summer or leave for free next.
Sanchez is wanted by Manchester City with Bayern
Munich cooling their interest following the capture of
James Rodriguez.
But Wenger is refusing to sell to City following the
backlash for selling Robin van Persie to Manchester
United.
And the Sun report that Arsenal will offer Sanchez a
new deal worth £275,000 a week.
