Everton star Wayne Rooney 'left home alone for first time since drink drive arrest' as wife Coleen heads to Barbados

Everton star Wayne Rooney is reportedly home alone
for the first time since his arrest for drink driving.
Rooney's wife Coleen is said to be heading to
Barbados - her seventh holiday of 2017 - and has
taken the couple's three sons with her.
Coleen's last holiday came at the end of August, as
Rooney was caught over the limit at the wheel of
another woman's car following a night out.
Pregnant Coleen is reportedly jetting off with her
parents this time around, as she looks to spend some
quality time with her family during the school half-
term break.
The plush resort they are visiting is said to be one of
the most exclusive sites in the world.
A source told The Sun: “She is still very angry at
Wayne. But she doesn’t see why she or the children
should suffer.
“She doesn’t really want to leave Wayne at home as
she feels like she can’t trust him."

Rooney is unable to travel on holiday with his family
with a hectic schedule for Everton coming up.
The Toffees host Lyon in the Europa League on
Thursday, before returning to Premier League action
with a game against Arsenal next week.
They then travel to Chelsea during next week as part
of the Carabao Cup competition.
Rooney showed glimpses of being back to his best
this past weekend as he netted the last minute
equaliser for his side from the penalty spot at
Brighton.
The former England captain was hailed as "world
class" by his manager Ronald Koeman following the
game.
He said: “Taking penalties is not the most difficult job
but at this moment yes, because it’s totally different,
it’s 1-0 down in a difficult situation and and team
needs points.
"If you keep your calmness in these types of
situations that is experience and world class.
“You need to fight and play well. Let’s hope that point
of today gives the boys confidence and calmness to
play and be more comfortable at the start of the
game.”
