Kevin Hart throws lavish $118k baby shower for his wife Eniko as they announce son's name following extortion scandal

Kevin Hart threw a lavish baby shower for his wife
Eniko this weekend.
The couple carried on with the family party as if
nothing was wrong and even announced their baby
boy's name - despite Kevin's recent extortion scandal.
The actor made a grovelling public apology to his
pregnant wife Eniko Parrish on Instagram earlier this
month following a 'failed extortion attempt'.
PROMOTED STORIES
The baby shower took place on Sunday at the
Calamigos Beach Club in Malibu, LA, where they
revealed they're naming their son Kenzo, according to
TMZ .
The extravagant party is thought to have cost the
couple around $118,000.
Eniko arrived in a flowing leopard print dress that
showed off her growing baby bump.
Meanwhile, Kevin wore a fitting Kenzo T-shirt and
bright red sunglasses.
Inside the party, the couple had a photobooth and
their own customised Snapchat filter.
Just a couple of weeks ago, the woman at the centre
of the Kevin Hart exploitation scandal told her side of
the story in an explosive press conference.
Montia Sabbag, an actress and model, was flanked by
her attorney Lisa Bloom at the celebrity lawyer's San
Fernando Valley office.
She told her side of the story, claiming that she had
no idea there was a camera in the room when she
partied with the actor in Vegas last month.
She admitted that they were intimate, but had no idea
that cameras were rolling.
In a live stream on TMZ , she said: "I was involved
with Kevin Hart a month ago, since then my picture
and my name has been released and lies written
about me.
"I'm not an extortionist and a stripper I'm an actress
and a musician."
She added: "I'm truly sorry for any involvement I have
in this."
Ms Bloom then took to the stand to say that she and
her client are unaware of any legal action that is
being taken to find those responsible for recording
the leaking the images of Montia and married Kevin.
She said: "I am very pleased to represent Montia
Sabbag, Montia is a crime victim, someone apparently
snuck cameras into Kevin Hart's private hotel suite in
Las Vegas and recorded bedroom footage of the two
of them.
"It is a crime to secretly put a camera in a private
place like a hotel room."
She added that it is also against the law to record
people in a private setting and to spread those images
around.
She said: "We are announcing today that we will go to
the authorities immediately to report this felon."
The lawyer said they wouldn't rest until the criminal
responsible for the felonies is apprehehend.
There have been reports that Montia said she'd take a
lie detector test of Kevin paid her $420,000.
But Ms Bloom said: "Montia and I are not asking for a
cent from Kevin Hart, this is not about money, we are
not suing him, we are not making any claims against
him."
She added: "Kevin Hart appears to be the victim of
this criminal just as Montia is the victim of this
criminal, we invite Mr Hart to join us in bringing this
perpetrator to justice.
"To the criminal who did this, we are going to find you
and we will see you in prison."
Ms Bloom took questions from reporters and said that
her client was briefly involved with Kevin about a
month ago and that the images in question are "very
disturbing images that appear to be of Montia with
Kevin Hart in Vegas about about a month ago".
She said that her client does not have any idea who
is behind this but is willing to co-operate with law
enforcement.
And when someone asked if she knew he was
married, Ms Bloom said she wouldn't answer that
question.
Kevin is said to be doing everything he can to help
authorities catch the whoever tried to extort him.
A woman allegedly demanded money from the
comedian over a 'sexually suggestive' video, the US
website reported.
It was previously reported that Kevin would spend an
hour and a half on the phone to law enforcement to
tell them everything he knows about the extortion
plot.
It's thought to be the second long conversation he's
had with the authorities.
So far no one knows for sure who the culprits are -
but it's thought more than one person is involved.
"Sometimes they seem incredibly sophisticated, and
other times they just seem downright dumb," a source
told the US site.
Mirror Online has contacted Kevin's representative for
comment.
Meanwhile, it looks like Kevin's grovelling public
apology to his pregnant wife Eniko Parrish must have
worked - because she's still wearing her wedding ring.
The Get Hard actor took the extortion bull by the
horns and posted an apology video to his wife and
children to Instagram following a 'failed extortion
attempt'.
Eniko's big diamond engagement ring and wedding
ring stack were clearly visible as she headed to a
doctor's appointment in LA earlier this week.
So it seems that Kevin's upfront honesty has worked.
Without directly addressing the alleged footage, he
said he had put himself in an "environment where only
bad things can happen - and they did".
Appearing on the verge of tears, the actor who’s dad
to daughter Heaven, 12, and son Hendrix, 9, with ex-
wife Torrei and is expecting a baby boy with Parrish,
shared: "I am at a place in my life where I feel like I
have a target on my back and because of that I
should make smart decisions and recently I didn't.
"I'm not perfect and I'm not going to sit here and say
that I am or claim to be in any way, shape or form
and I made a bad error in judgement and put myself in
an environment where only bad things can happen
and they did."
He said he had apologised to Eniko and his two
children who he has with his first wife Torrei Hart and
admitted there's no excuse for his behaviour.
Kevin continued: "During that I know I'm going to hurt
the people closest to me who I have talked to and
apologised to - being my wife and my kids.
"It's a s****y moment when you know you're wrong
and there's no excuses for your wrong behaviour. At
the end of the day, man, I've simply got to do better."
The comedian, who wed Eniko last year, then revealed
that someone was attempting to make a financial
gain from his "mistakes".
"But I'm also not going to allow a person to have a
financial gain off my mistakes in this particular
situation that's what was attempted and I said I
would rather 'fess up to my mistakes," he added.
He wrote alongside the video: "Sending so many
apologies to my wife & kids. I gotta do better and I
will. I'm not perfect and have never claimed to be... I
love you all."
