As sex robot technology develops to allow the creation
of human-like dolls that can react to their user,
pornographic industry insiders have claimed the rise of
the sexbot will be a “game changer”.
Adult actress Ela Darling has revealed the next step
could be “everybody” owning a sex robot.
She said: “Sex robots are going to be a game changer.
"And I think now is the time to start thinking about
these things as this is going to be a technology that
people will be embracing in – which is a sensitive
thing to be in.

“Right now we're at the stage where sex robots are
being invented and the next step will be everybody has
a sex robot.”
Ms Darling, who has worked in the industry for a
decade, went on to claim the “physical need” catered
to by sex robots could lead to people turning away
from sex with humans altogether.
She added: "I do think at some point people will be
having sex with sex robots instead of people.
"I don't think it will be everybody but it will be some
people.

A sex doll company are making a robot head who
can speak, smile and even sing - but only in
Chinese. Manufacturers have finished the prototype
of the DS Doll Robotic Head, which contains a
moveable mechanical structure coated in silicone
'skin' and controlled by a smartphone.

with porn and virtual reality porn it’s more of a person

But Blair Williams, another industry insider, claims the
sensual cyborgs will be nothing more than a trend.

robots as they are a newer option that is more on the
fringe of society's sexuality."
She went on to claim the technology would not put
the industry at risk, arguing it could boost pornographic
content creators.
Ms Williams added: "I don't believe that artificial
technology could completely replace natural human
connection.

realistic sex dolls for up to a week at a time by
Chinese sex toy manufacturer Touch.
The app, called "Shared Girlfriend”, can be used by

renting them out for a few nights.
Manufacturer Touch said: "With one touch of a key,
you are no longer single!”
The firm added: "It can address all the needs of single
geeks.”
