Kim Kardashian has responded to parenting critics
who accused her of not putting Saint in the correct
car seat.
A few months ago, the multi-millionaire shared a
picture of little Saint, 19 months, sitting forward in his
car seat.
The mum shamers were quick to call her out for
putting the tot in a forward-facing seat - rather than a
rear-facing one - at his young age.
According to California law, children under two must
sit in a rear-facing seat unless they weigh more than
40lbs or are more than 40 inches tall.
Responding to the backlash, Kim took to her website
on Thursday to defend why she used a forward-facing
seat.
The reality TV powerhouse said that Saint meets the
height and weight requirements of a foward-facing
seat, despite not necessarily being the right age.
She said: “So I took a photo of Saint and he was
sitting forward and so they say for his age, he should
be rear-facing.
"But what people didn’t know is that Saint is now the
weight and the height requirement to sit forward-
facing.”
She also added that Saint weighs more than older
sister North.
Kim continued: "If that is believable, he does, and it is
wild.”
