Alexandra Burke stuns in NAKED rooftop photoshoot revealing her toned waist and six pack - as she gets real about her past weight struggles

As the finale of Strictly Come Dancing approaches,
Alexandra Burke , 29, is tipped to take out the top
spot of the celebrity dancing competition.
That hasn't stopped her from setting some time aside
in between her tango practise to get her kit off for a
photoshoot, though.
The singer has bared all for an amazing shoot with
Women's Health - showing off her amazing body
transformation for the magazine's naked issue.

In one of the shots, Alexandra is stood on a rooftop
overlooking the London skyline, covering up her bare
chest with one arm, as she shows off an impressive
six pack we can only assume she gained from the
daily dance practice she has with dance partner
Gorka Marquez.
Because those lifts are hard work!
In the interview she bares all (metaphorically, this
time), telling readers about the two-stone weight loss
she's had over the past three years, no doubt
amplified by the gruelling sessions on the dancefloor.
It's not uncommon for contestants to see the weight
drop off when they join such shows - and in the US
Kelly Osbourne saw an impressive 42-pound weight
loss when she competed on Dancing with the Stars in
2009.
Dropping from a size 14 to a size eight, Alexandra
said her weight skyrocketed as a hectic tour schedule
meant she was skipping meals and gorging on
unhealthy takeaway dinners instead.
She said to the magazine: "I wasn't overly troubled by
how I looked - I was in a happy relationship with my
boyfriend Josh Ginnelly and my career since The X
Factor was going brilliantly well."
But after the thought of developing diabetes like her
late mother, Melissa, crept into her mind, she decided
to do something about it.
She said: "I started eating six small meals a day:
porridge for breakfast, soup for lunch, a dinner of
chicken of fish, with salad, and fruit and nut snack in
between.
"I suddenly had so much energy from eating
regularly."
That energy is coming in handy as Alex and Gorka
blaze a trail to the Strictly finals, as she enjoys a 2/1
betting odds to take home the trophy .
It comes as she scored a near-perfect 39/40 from the
judges on Saturday night, breaking down in tears and
admitting she wished her mother - who passed away
right before the competition began - was there to see
her dance.
