Graham Norton has put his luxury beach house on the
market for a cool £2.3million.
The 54 year-old BBC chat show host, who is one of
the highest paid presenters on TV, is selling the
stunning six bed property.
The complex features its own private beach and
boasts a master bedroom that opens on to a balcony
overlooking the English Channel.
The award-winning, six-bedroom beach house in
Cooden, Bexhill, will set buyers back £2.3million.
With underfloor heating and huge balconies at both
the front and the rear, the property's next owner will
be the envy of the neighbours.
But they need not worry about disturbances, as the
private beach ensures they can enjoy the Sussex
coast without passers-by looking in.
The property, which is clad in African iroko wood,
boasts a large landscaped garden and a pool for those
days when the English Channel may be a little too
cold.
There are six bedrooms to choose from, although the
master bedroom stands head and shoulders above the
rest with large, glass bi-folding doors leading on to a
second floor balcony overlooking the sea.
