Well, his next purchase will reportedly be this
incredible $30million apartment in New York.
The penthouse at 56 Leonard, a striking residential
tower in the Tribeca district, has four bedrooms and
four bathrooms.

It also has two outdoor terraces and a private balcony
providing stunning views over the Big Apple.
The top residence in the building was recently flogged
for a record-breaking $48million to a mystery buyer.
Mayweather, who is one of the world's best-paid
athletes, recently earned a $100million cheque for his
win over Conor McGregor, which extended his perfect
professional boxing record to 50-0.
The American recently showed off his array of luxury
cars, insisting he is now a billionaire.
The vehicles on show included a yellow Ferrari, a red
Lambhorghini Aventador and a black and white Rolls
Royce.
Not bad, considering he has probably never driven any
of them!
Mayweather had around $700,000 in career earnings
ahead before the Mayweather fight and says he still
hasn't cashes his winning cheque.
"We've got a lot of problems but money isn't one. We
only talk about two things - money and more money. I
already made $1bn, it was easy," he told TMZ......
